Wattle and Grove provides professional development training, resources, and sector-wide support to early childhood educators and teachers across Australia. In addition to educator growth, we also assist other childcare centres with administration, compliance, and management support—helping services lift their quality and meet the highest standards. This work is our way of giving back to the sector as a whole and contributing to a stronger, more sustainable early childhood education community.

Wattle and Grove grew naturally from Indigo’s position as a recognised leader in the childcare sector, having won five national awards and being rated Exceeding the National Quality Standard. With a growing social media presence and a network of professionals—including educators, consultants, and fellow childcare centres—seeking our advice, Wattle and Grove was born in 2025.

Though still in its infancy, we know 2026 will be a year of significant growth as Wattle and Grove continues to expand its reach and impact. Through this initiative, Indigo is proud to share our expertise, empower others, and help raise the standard of early childhood education across the nation.
